At TalkiDate, the safety, dignity, and well-being of our community are our absolute priorities. To ensure a secure and respectful environment, TalkiDate operates on a strict Pre-Approval System.
How it works: No user profile, photo, or video is visible to the public or other users until it has been manually reviewed and approved by a member of the TalkiDate Trust & Safety team.
Below are our zero-tolerance standards regarding violence, pornography, and child exploitation.
1. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)
TalkiDate has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
- Pre-Screening: Our team thoroughly vets all media before it reaches the platform to ensure no minors are depicted in suggestive contexts, and no exploitative material is uploaded.
- Immediate Action: Any attempt to upload CSAM/CSAE will result in an immediate, permanent ban of the account and device.
- Legal Reporting: We comply with international laws and will immediately report any suspected child exploitation material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
2. Pornography and Adult Content
TalkiDate is a platform for meaningful connections, not for explicit content.
- Strict Moderation: We do not allow pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit videos and images.
- What gets rejected: Any content displaying sexual acts, genitals, explicit lingerie, or overly provocative/fetish-oriented media will be instantly rejected during our pre-approval process.
- Commercial Sex: Accounts promoting prostitution, escort services, or commercial adult sites (e.g., OnlyFans links used for solicitation) will be banned.
3. Violence, Gore, and Dangerous Organizations
We are committed to preventing the glorification or incitement of violence.
- Prohibited Content: Media depicting physical violence, blood, gore, self-harm, or animal cruelty will fail the approval process.
- Threats and Hate Speech: Profiles containing death threats, harassment, or content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or protected groups will be permanently deleted.
- Terrorism: We strictly prohibit any content related to terrorist organizations, violent extremism, or criminal enterprises.
Violations of these safety standards will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any premium features, and, when necessary, referral to legal authorities.
